Fruit Smoothies

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

2 8 oz. containers of plain, fat-free yogurt
2 small ripe bananas
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 cup fresh mixed berries, such as raspberries, blueberries or blackberries, or frozen unsweetened mixed berries

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and puree until smooth.
