Max Fitness, LLC, a Central PA business, was started in 1998 by Bentz Tozer, Jr. In the years since, it has grown into a successful wellness based company, offering many different types of services, including, but not limited to:

After turning 30, Bonnie decided to adopt some healthy habits & began exercising regularly & strength training for the first time in her life. Getting stronger lead to an interest in competitive powerlifting, and Bonnie now holds several International Powerlifting Association World Records. Her accomplishments in the gym and her improved health made her want to help others as well & she became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2010. She takes great pride in helping people achieve their fitness goals and feels good that she is helping improve their quality of life.
